✅ Return Eligibility

You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order if:

  • You received a wrong, damaged, or defective product
  • The product is unopened, unused, and in original packaging
  • You have proof of purchase (order number, invoice, or confirmation message)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Used or opened health, beauty, and personal care products
  • Items damaged due to misuse, negligence, or after use
  • Clearance or promotional sale items
  • Royal Honey, Delay Sprays, Condoms, and other intimate hygiene products (due to hygiene and safety)

🔄 Exchange Policy

  • You may request a replacement if the product is damaged or incorrect.
  • Exchanges are processed within 3–5 business days once the item is returned and inspected.

💵 Refund Process

  • Once your return is approved, we will initiate your refund via Bank Transfer or Easypaisa/JazzCash, based on your preference.
  • Refunds are processed within 3–7 working days after the returned item is received and verified.

Note: For Cash on Delivery orders, shipping charges are non-refundable.
